The NextMax service ("Service") is provided by Khwaja Muhammad Khasail Mohtaram("we", "us", "our"), trading as NextMax. By using the Service you enter into a contract with us.
By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm you have authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent, and are of legal age.
NextMax provides cloud-based true-shape nesting tools for CNC operators, fabricators, and makers. Features and limits depend on the plan you choose.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
We retain all rights, title and interest in the Service, including its software, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your chosen plan. You retain rights to the CAD files and content you upload; you grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the Service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms: paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. See our Refund Policy for our money-back guarantee.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence where such exclusion would be unlawful.
You will indemnify us against claims arising from content you upload, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. You may request an export of your data within a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of our jurisdiction of establishment. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.
