30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 daysof your order date. This applies to your first subscription payment.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Email us at hello@nestinc.com and we'll help you through the process.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
