• To provide, maintain and improve the nesting service (legitimate interests).

• Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record, for sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers processing data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
• Authorities where required by law.

5. International transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own. Where such transfers occur, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
